Fredrick Kariuki

Transformational Educator, Mentor, and Leader

About Me

Fredrick Kariuki is a transformational educator, mentor, and leader who has dedicated his life to helping children and young people reach their full potential. With expertise in the Accelerated Christian Education Curriculum, he has been a dedicated supervisor for many years, empowering students with knowledge, biblical truths, and key educational concepts.

But Fredrick’s impact extends far beyond the classroom. As a member of a thriving ministry, he leverages his background in information management to build and lead an information and registration team that has successfully registered over 50,000 members. He is also a leader of a team of over 200 people, providing capacity-building support and establishing systems and processes that help the ministry serve its members more effectively.

With experience in AIESEC, Fredrick has been a catalyst for change in the lives of young people. As an intern coordinator, he has guided and inducted interns into the country, preparing induction packages and implementing the first African Young Entrepreneurship program in both Uganda and Botswana. He taught students how to create business plans that were later funded by the program’s learning partners, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

At the core of Fredrick’s philosophy is a deep belief that investing in people is the greatest investment we can make. He is driven by the knowledge that we are alive for the sake of others, and that the souls of men and women are eternal. With this belief, he has dedicated himself to helping others discover and develop their full potential, leaving a lasting impact on their lives.
