Rich is no newcomer to the leadership sphere. He has served as the Assistant Dean of Education at Charis Bible College, Woodland Park, Colorado. He also served as the Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries, Uganda, and the Director of Charis Bible College, Uganda. With seasoned leadership experience spanning over three continents—North America, Africa, and Asia—Rich brings a rare blend of global insight and practical wisdom. He writes and speaks about how people can elude the trap of leadership mediocrity to achieve tangible and sustainable results. He will, without a doubt, inspire you to lead a life you’re proud of.

Rich also has a deep passion, experience, and background in broadcast radio. He is known for his work on the Director’s Friday Radio Program, which aired on Spirit FM, Dunamis FM, Impact FM, Glory FM Mbarara, and Impact FM Mbale. In Uganda, he established a radio studio at Andrew Wommack Ministries. Before that, he served in camera operation at one of the major churches in Colorado Springs, USA. Continuing in media, Rich has built his own home studio to further his work in broadcasting and teaching.

Academically, Rich holds an MBA from Harding University, Arkansas, and a Master’s from Charis Bible College, Colorado. Since 2008, he has been faithfully teaching and bringing godly insight to the scriptures. He is the author of several books, including Jesus; God or Man? (2017), Good Health and Long Life: Another Perspective (2018), King David and Other Kings: Life Lessons for Today (2018), Where is your Prosperity? Countering the Third World Mentality—Learning to Trust God Wherever You Are (2019), Got Questions? Got Answers Vol I (2020), and Got Questions? Got Answers Vol II (2021).

Rich currently serves as the CEO of Career Glimpse, a nonprofit education organization. He is the Senior Pastor and Founder of North Ministries aka North, and a served as a director on the board of AsOne Ministries US.
