Rich has a passion, experience, and background in radio. You may know him from the Director’s Friday Radio Program on Spirit FM, Dunamis FM, Impact FM, Glory FM Mbarara, and Impact FM Mbale. Before his radio hosting work in Uganda where he also set up a studio at AWMI Uganda; he served in camera operation in the past at one of the big churches in Colorado Springs, USA. In pursuit of his passion for media, Rich has also set up his own studio at home.

He is no newcomer to the leadership sphere. He has served as the Assistant Dean of Education at Charis Bible College, Woodland Park, Colorado. He has also Directed of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Director of Charis Bible College, Uganda. He brings a diversity of seasoned leadership experience from his work across over 3 continents; North America, Africa and Asia. Rich writes and speaks about how people can elude the trap of leadership mediocrity to achieve tangible and sustainable results. He will without a doubt inspire you to lead a life you’re proud of.
